Reservationist and Administrative Staff Positions Available

Hiller Vacation Homes is seeking a Reservationist for part-time and MANDATORY weekend hours. This position serves as both customer service and front desk for our busy St. Germain office.

Providing excellent hospitality and attention to detail is key to the success of the lead reservationist. Demonstrating strong written and communication skills and the ability to be a self-starter is necessary to support the functions of ongoing office protocols. This role will serve as office and guest support with the ability to multi-task and assist in other areas and projects as needed.

Key responsibilities:

- Respond to incoming voicemails, phone calls and emails from current and prospective guests.

- Review new reservations, process payments and correspond with guests to provide an exemplary guest experience.

- Become familiar with company software and websites. Assist development staff with listing updates, periodic changes to electronic data and independent software and media.

- Work with and provide updates to housekeeping and maintenance as needed through phone, email and independent software.

Qualifications:

Hospitality requires a positive, can-do attitude with the ability to think quickly and react to all situations with professionalism. This position demands focus and attention to detail; the ability to keep on task despite interruptions is necessary.

Qualified candidates will be required to work weekends and occasional week days as needed. The responsibilities of this position and the hours available will increase during the summer season. This position can lead to a full time employment opportunity for the right candidate.
